I'm a software engineer, currently working on backend development in Go and working regularly with AWS. I also have previous experience with frontend development in React.
I believe in lifelong learning, and I enjoy working with new technologies and learning new skills to keep my knowledge up-to-date. As a new software engineer, I practically learn something new everyday! I am also adaptable and a quick learner, allowing me to contribute value in a short time. Apart from technical skills, I constantly work on my soft skills like communication and time management as well. I still have a lot to learn and I look forward to using the skills I pick up to do meaningful and impactful work.
In my personal time, I like to make cool stuff with the skills I've picked up. Other times, you'll usually find me exercising, spending time with my fiancée, or fighting bad guys in Kamurocho.

- Maintaining and developing the Identity Authorization Service, an OAuth 2.0 service, using Go.
- Secured the authorization service load balancer from direct access from the public Internet using AWS and Terraform.
- Improved security posture by removing support for the OAuth 2.0 implicit flow and rolling it out using LaunchDarkly.

- Developed and maintained the online trading app using React and Redux.
- Increased test coverage by writing unit tests in Jest and Enzyme.

- Automated testing and deployment of health checks to the internal health dashboard service using Jenkins and Docker.
- Automated configuration tests using Python and Docker.
- Improved security by updating the base Docker images with the latest security hardened image.
- Improved observability by creating dashboards on Splunk to monitor server errors in the staging and production environments.
